What if my child is on an IEP or 504 Plan?

What should parents/guardians consider when their child wants to take CCP courses?

Students will need to consider the rigorous coursework and extra time needed to complete assignments/projects. Classes online or on-campus will have a diverse population of students. Students are protected by education privacy rights (FERPA) that make the student sign off on us communicating with parents/guardians about their academics. Grades appear exactly the same on high school transcript as their Terra State transcript.

What is the cost?

CCP is free for public high school students. The high school covers the cost of the tuition and books. However, if a student fails a course or withdraws after the census date (14 calendar days from the beginning of the course) then the high school may ask for reimbursement from the student for the tuition and books.
