Academic Service Center
The Academic Service Center provides a variety of academic support services designed to help Terra State students succeed. Services include placement testing, tutoring, and Disability Services.
Career Services
Terra State's Career Services is here to help students, alumni, and employers with their workforce needs. From help writing a resume to attending one of our job fairs, our goal is to help you find a career (or employee) you love!
Cashier's Office
Whether you are using financial aid or employer benefits, staying on top of your payments is essential for college success. We know things happen and money can be tight—learn more about resources or stop by the cashier's office for assistance.
Disability Services
We provide services and accommodations that promote program accessibility, ensure equal access and opportunity, and coordinate auxiliary aids and services for students with disabilities.
Financial Aid
Financial aid helps students pay for college and may include grants, scholarships, work-study, and loans. At Terra State, our goal is to help you understand the financial aid process, navigate program requirements, and identify the funding options that best support your educational goals.
Housing
The Landings residence hall offers multiple living options and floor plans with kitchens, bathrooms, all-inclusive rent, student lounges, study spaces, and outdoor recreation areas for residents to enjoy year-round living. Contact the housing offices to learn more.
IT Help Desk & Computer Services
From computers and passwords to software and hardware support, the IT Help Desk ensures students have access to essential digital resources and provides assistance with campus technology systems.
Mental Health Counseling
Mental health and well-being are priorities at Terra State. We understand college can be stressful and provide counseling, a student assistance program, and mental health resources to help students succeed.
Office of the Registrar (Student Records)
The Registrar’s Office manages academic records, registration, transcripts, credit transfers, graduation processing, and student information access. We help ensure your records are accurate, secure, and available when needed.
Student Conduct
The Student Conduct Office uses an educational approach to address alleged policy violations, promoting accountability and growth for students. Terra State expects students to act with integrity, follow policies, and respect others.

TRIPS Fremont Shuttle
The Great Lakes Community Action Partnership TRIPS Fremont Shuttle provides affordable transportation to key shopping, medical, recreational and other destinations in Fremont on a continuous hourly loop.
