The Landings residence hall at Terra State Community College is home to more than 200 students and offers multiple living options and floor plans that include studio areas, living rooms, bedrooms, kitchen spaces, and bathrooms – with all-inclusive rent. Additionally, residents can take advantage of common area student lounges and study spaces within the building in addition to outdoor recreation spaces.

The housing application for 2025-2026 is NOW open!
To apply for housing students must:
- Have submitted an admissions application and been admitted to Terra State.
- Have set up their Terra State account (Click Here for Setup Instructions).
- Complete the Housing Application for 2025-2026.
