ProMedica Student Assistance Program
The ProMedica Student Assistance Program (SAP) provides counseling to students of
Terra State Community College. Student assistance program professionals are available
and ready to help you resolve the issues that may affect your academic performance
or prevent you from enjoying college life, friends, and family.
Your counselor will work with you to develop a plan that meets your individual needs
and finds strategies to help resolve your problems. If you require services that are
not covered by student assistance program, your counselor will work with you to identify
resources that are affordable, convenient, available in the area where you attend
college. Visits are available in person, via phone or through video sessions. There
is no charge for your student assistance program counseling sessions. They are part
of your student benefits package.
A counselor is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling our toll free number 866-327-3759.
