About the Neeley Center

Located within the Terra State Community College campus setting, The Neeley Center is a beautiful 9,700 sq ft building with a 4,085 sq ft Grand Hall. The Grand Hall can accommodate 250 people banquet style, up to 300 people theater style and 140 people classroom style. The facility also features an outside gazebo and patio area that can accommodate up to 200 guests.
For your event, The Neeley Center offers a state-of-the-art technology infrastructure, including building-wide wireless internet, which allows for multimedia use for conferencing events; wireless microphones, with incorporated sound systems; and ceiling-mounted, retractable projectors and screens.
Catering and Bar Service
When it comes to a perfectly planned and executed catered event, no one comes close to The Neeley Center and our catering partner AVI Foodsystems. Our corporate and staff chefs are experienced, highly trained, innovative food service specialists able to create any menu selection you’d like. Delicious dinners, lunches and desserts are prepared fresh on-site and beautifully plated. The Neeley Center holds a liquor license from the State of Ohio and can provide complete, professional bar and cocktail services for your event. For your convenience, we provide complete linen service as well as chair and table setup and teardown. Contact us to learn more about settings options for your event.
Affordable and Excellent
The Neeley Center maintains comparable rental rates of those found in the local community and surrounding area. For instance, our rates range from only $150 for our smallest room up to $800 rent for the entire Grand Hall for an all-day event. We even offer discounted rates for non-profit organizations. Our Story
 The Ronald L. Neeley Conference and Hospitality Center at Terra State Community College
                  opened its doors on November 1, 2013. It is named after former Terra State graphics
                  faculty member Ron Neeley and made possible by a generous contribution by his sister
                  and brother-in-law, Wanda and Arnold Coldiron.

Today, not only does The Neeley Center serve as the site of meetings, conferences, weddings, receptions and social and community events, it also provides a real world learning and work space for Terra State Community College’s hospitality management training program. This Associate of Applied Business (AAB) degree program concentrates on management, food service, convention and events, travel and tourism, and entertainment venues. When working in the Neeley Center, students learn planning, coordination of setup and teardown, assistance with hosting receptions and providing services during special events. Having this hands-on practical application will give Terra State students an edge in the ever-growing hospitality job market.
